Mindfulness

In this session, you’ll be introduced to mindfulness in a simple, accessible way. We’ll explore the definition of what mindfulness is, how it can support well-being, and gently try three different practices together. No prior experience is needed.

Participation is voluntary, and everyone is welcome.

Transportation and childminding available.
