Being Kind to Yourself

Being Kind to Yourself is an introductory workshop that supports individuals discovering all things of self-compassion. Participants will dismantle myths about self-compassion and discover the vast benefits of cultivating self–compassion and have an opportunity to practice this skill together. This session is educational and experiential in nature.
