BabyLove: Secure Attachment Workshop!

Babies need secure relationships for strong mental health. Through the Baby Love program is designed for little ones aged two to 18 months and their parents. In this 7 week program, we will explore:

1. What is secure attachment and why is it so important?
2. How can I understand my baby’s cues, thoughts and feelings to better secure our attachment?
3. What do I do when baby or I are struggling?

Snacks, practical supports and end-of-session gift is provided for all participants!
