DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Women Support Network. \nThis workshop aims to have youth feel more confident in evaluating the friendships and relationships in their lives and identify who supports their goals and well-being. We invite youth to reflect on the different types of friendships and relationships they have encountered and what qualities matter most in the people they choose to spend time with. We will discuss helpful vs. unhelpful relationships\, peer influence\, and building meaningful connections.
